WOLSELEY: PEAR FARM FOR SALE
This 57.1497-hectare pear farm is situated outside of Wolseley.
Currently, 36.61 hectares are planted with pears which include varieties such as Forelle, Celina, and Peckham Triumph.
Farm buildings consist of 1 main dwelling, several staff cottages, a farm stall, an office, and a shed which is used as a workshop and storing of implements. All buildings are well maintained and in good repair.
