The farm of 5 073ha (1 x Title deed) is located about 100km NNW of Upington towards Askham of which 70km is tar road. This cattle and sheep farm with LSU 1:28 is ideal for successful red meat production. This farm with its red sand dunes, and long and ample mixed grasses, is particularly suited for cattle farming. Having sandy dunes and soft veldt makes this farm 4 X 4 compulsory. The farm is subdivided into 16 manageable camps all with water drinking points. All dams are equipped with a plastic inner lining for effective water storage. Most of the vegetation is tasty with lots of nutrition, which is so important for high fertility and maximum growth in productive livestock farming. The farmstead is almost in the middle of the farm making management easy. About 40% of the property is North of the homestead. This northern area is particularly beautiful with its impressive dunes and grass pastures. This area is gorgeous and ideal for cattle and game farming. The Southern side has a small piece that is harder veldt with dunes covering the rest of the farm. This southern side has more shrubs with more grass to the west. The southern side is well suited for effective sheep and goat farming with a combination of cattle. Most of the fencing is in very good condition as lots of fencing was recently redone and certain areas brand new. The border fencing is done with jackal proofing and the rest is stock-proofed fencing.

The homestead on the property consists of a house in satisfactory condition. To make it a permanent residence there is some finishing work needed. The current owner has already started renovating the kitchen area. The house has 5 bedrooms, a big living room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The outbuilding is used as storage and a garage. Currently, the house receives power supplied by a generator (not included). Water for the house is stored in 1 big dam and tanks. The homestead is close to the main gravel road making entry quick and easy. The homestead has good cellular reception in the house. Currently, the house stands vacant as the owner uses it seldom.

This farm is suitable for someone looking at a smaller farm and creating a piece of paradise in the middle of the Kalahari. The size makes it ideal for a weekend farmer but is also ideal for someone looking to start small and expand later.
