Listed water rights of 40 Ha
Due to the large mountain catchment area, and water rights from the Olifantsdoorn Water Scheme, the farm has ample available water that is stored in 5 dams.
Three boreholes yield water of very good quality at:
• 9000 liters/hour (equipped with solar pump),
• 37 000 litres/hour and
• 45 000 litres/hour

Irrigation is done by drip - or micro irrigation.
The presently stored water available is sufficient to expand plantings to about 60 ha.

Boutique Wine Cellar and Trade Mark
