LIFESTYLE CHANGE OR GAME/HUNTING FARM:

ON OFFER:
On offer is one of the nicest and best maintained hidden farms I have seen in some time, in the rugged foothills of the Grootrivierberge, South Eastern Karoo. It is truly in the Karoo, offering one the best climates anywhere, most days are without wind and deliver sunny blue skies. It is said that this life surely adds years to one's health. It is also said that the climate here is also perhaps a factor that there is less vermin to deal with. At the same time it is not far to drive to Graaff-Reinet or the big city Port Elizabeth. It comes with the main home that will truly impress. Overall it is a combination hard to repeat hence farms of this quality, size and price are being snapped up.
Only your viewing will truly satisfy curiosity.

LOCATION:
It is located in the Janesville/Sundays River Valley between Janesville and (60 Km) west of Klipplaat. In essence, it is an hour plus (145 km), not far to drive to Graaff-Reinet and just over one and a half hours (180km) from the big city Port Elizabeth.

A vintage Falkirk wood-burning stove adds to comfort during those cold wintery Karoo nights and imagine a glass of red wine. The shed has been appropriately tiled throughout in repurposed slate which originally served as the roof of the Dutch Reformed Church in a nearby town.

- The characterful wooden shed doors open onto an indigenous garden with a protected Lapa and fire-pit, where family and friends can relax in "geslig" environment sharing during those enchanting Karoo starry-nights.
- A short walk away is a wooden deck overlooking an earth dam that provides the ideal spot for early morning bird-watching, stargazing of the southern skies or even proposing.
