The entire perimeter fence is game fenced. The fenced in area is divided into 9 sections with stock proof fence and allows separate breeding programs on the different variations of Springbuck. Water is obtained from 5 windmills, 6 reservoirs, 9 boreholes, 2 water tanks and 4 solar pumps. 1 Borehole is used to plant 1ha of garlic during the winter months as a cash crop sold to an established market.
Buildings on the farm include a modern home, 2 newly renovated labor cottages and a store room.
