There is also a very nice sized yard which has been well designed to allow interlink trucks to access one side, drive through, be unpacked and then they can drive out the other side so no turning options would be required.
There is also lots of parking behind a security fence for staff and or clients.
This factory space is quite impressive to see and can be utilized very nicely for a large corporate requiring a distribution center for deliveries into Cape Town and surrounds.
