TULBAGH: Olive farm for sale

On the eastern bank of the Boontjies River, between Tulbagh and Wolseley, lies this 423 hectare farm. It is a majestic piece of land, on a gradual slope towards the Matroosberg Mountains. A newly built shed serves as an olive oil production facility and is fully equipped with modern equipment to sort, press, filter, and bottle high quality olive oil. Inside the shed are an office, kitchen, laboratory, and a bathroom. Adjacent to the shed is a concrete offload area. The capacity of the factory is about 10 ton olives per day, with a daily production output of 1300 litres of oil. The shed and equipment are in good repair.
