This property consists of 5 title deeds sold as 1 going concerned unit. The farm resides in the Boesmanland and are all landscapes, fauna, and flora typically Boesmanland. This farm is an example of what a well-kept and managed Boesmanland farm can look like. Bushmanland is a barren and dry area bordering Namaqualand. The soil is mainly infertile, and the groundwater has high salinity. The flora and fauna, although rare, are of great importance and beauty. A. PART A: 4 300ha
This unit is on the western side of the main gravel road. This unit is subdivided into 12 smaller camps all with water access. Water is supplied by 10 boreholes, 9 x windmills,1 x solar pump, and 3 water wells. Currently, only 1 water well is used. Water is stored in 2 dams (with plastic liners) and plastic water tanks ( 12 x 5 000Lt and 6 x 10 000Lt). Earth dams (5) store rainwater very efficiently during the rainy seasons. Water is distributed with a windmill across the farm with a plastic pipeline. Two other pipelines get their water from the homestead via a mono pump. Water is distributed very efficiently making easy access to water possible for animals in this arid region. This part has 7 neat sheep-handling facilities. Fencing is in excellent condition with parameter fencing jackal proofed and electrified (4 x Energizers).

Homestead
The homestead offers a big, renovated house with 4 x bedrooms, 2 x living rooms, 1 x dining room, 1 big kitchen with ample cupboards, 2 x offices, 2 x bathrooms, and 1 x laundry. The house has a modern interior look with not much needing to do.

Feedlot and slaughter facility.

This area of the farm is ideal for sheep farming. Farm vegetation is typical of Boesmanland with grass, succulents, and shrubs. This part of the farm consists of 4 title deeds and is located on both sides of the main gravel road. The more east you move the vegetation becomes noticeably denser as you move closer to the Sakriver. This area is heavily wooded and dense. This area is divided into 20 camps all with water access. The farm has 9 sheep-handling facilities with 1 loading tube. Water is supplied by 7 boreholes (2 x windmills and 6 solar pumps) and stored in 1 cement dam and 10 x 5 000Lt plastic water tanks. 1 Area has a plastic pipeline and water is distributed with 1 solar pump. All fencing is in very good condition with about 5 700ha with 2.4m parameter game fence (jackal-proofed fencing with extra wiring). ¾ of the fencing has electrified wiring installed but not yet activated.
The farm has 1 old vacant house in need of repair, 1 x shed, and 2 x worker’s homes.
